Public participation journey

Four deliberate stages

  1. 01

    Discover

Read the prize, whole-unit value domain, fee, schedule and public state.

  2. 02

    Understand

Know that each accepted bid is paid, final and counted independently.

  3. 03

    Enter Telegram

Only a non-secret public game reference crosses the handoff boundary.

  4. 04

    Rely on server truth

Identity, eligibility, funding, acceptance, close, result and money stay server-owned.

The governed mechanic

The lowest value submitted exactly once wins.

Values are whole currency units in the Ethiopia V1 context. The platform finds values that occur once among eligible accepted tickets, then selects the lowest of those values.

Paid attempt

Acceptance has a fee consequence.

  • Every different accepted value from one player is an independent paid attempt.
  • A player can have at most one accepted ticket at the exact same value in one game.
  • A later same-player, same-value attempt is rejected before another fee consequence.
  • Another player may submit the same value; ordinary duplicate counting then applies.
  • An accepted bid cannot be edited or withdrawn.

Client boundary

This public page cannot accept an attempt.

Local validation, a tap time, a countdown, Telegram state or a provider message cannot establish eligibility, funding, acceptance or a fee. Those consequences require one authoritative server transaction.

Fixed timing behavior

Final-20 is visible. T−60 seconds is quiet. Hard close never moves.

Before T−20Open

A qualified approximate aid may accompany the exact absolute close.

T−20:00 to T−01:00Final 20

The state is recognizable, but no activity or uniqueness signal appears.

T−01:00 to closeInformation frozen

No new countdown or changing time-remaining value is published.

At exact closeServer decides

The page may check status; it cannot claim close from a local timer.

Results and later history

Different outcomes keep different meanings.

Verified winner

One current winner, masked publicly, with a permitted winning value and verification summary.

No unique winner

Eligible tickets exist, but every value is duplicated. No winner, award, automatic rerun or replacement credit.

Corrected result

A new independently verified version becomes current. Earlier versions remain visibly superseded.

Corrected no contest

Historical tickets existed, but every one was excluded from the corrected eligible set. No winner or award.

VOID

A narrow governed whole-game invalidity becomes terminal only after required consequence gates resolve. Prior outcomes stay historical.

Under review

No likely direction or protected evidence is predicted. Ambiguity fails closed until a governed disposition exists.
